Low Carb Savoury Muffins

  
This is by far one of my favorites my mom made for us as kids, up to this day I still bake them, they remind of helping mom make this fun easy recipie.

Ingredients:

1 cup baby marrow chopped 

1/2 cup mushrooms chopped 

1/2 onion chopped

1/2 tomato chopped

2 cups of stone ground flour 

1/2 cup of oil

4 tsp (teaspoon) baking powder

1 tsp chili powder

1 cup of grated cheese to sprinkle on top 

1 tsp of salt (I use pink salt)

1 1/2 cup of low fat milk

Method:

Mix all your ingredients together, use spray and cook to coat your muffin pans, fill the muffin pans more than half way, bake at 180• for 20 – 30 minutes.

Allow to cool and enjoy.
