Cauli mash one of the most delicious recipes my mom made for us a few years ago, I love it!!! The texture is creamy and fluffy, the bonus is its a low carb vegetable. If you are on a healthy eating plan or low carb eating plan this is perfect.
1 cauliflower head
1 Tablespoon of butter
Pinch of pink Himalayan salt
Parsley, spring onion or coriander for,the garnish
Milk is optional – you can use low fat or almond milk
- Wash the cauliflower, break the florets into pieces, boil on the stove in a medium pot or saucepan for 10-15 minutes.
- Add salt, butter, milk, use hand held blender, blend for a minute or two, ensure its smooth.
- Ensure the water has burnt out and the texture is creamy and not to watery.
- Add garish, drizzle olive oil, ready to serve.
