Hydration Tea 

  
Hydration tea, my amazing Homoeopath Dr Priya Dayar, shared this hydration tea recipie with me so I decided to share it with all my amazing readers too, sharing is caring.

  • hydration tea:
  • Boil a kettle of water. Pour the water into a jug. 
  • Add a handful of mint
  • One lemon cut in quarters 
  • One green tea teabag 
  • Remove mint, lemon and green tea after one minute 
  • Add a quarter sachet of Rehidrat, you can drink this at room temperature. At least one glass three times a day.

Becoming dehydrated causes all sorts of symptoms from headaches, dizziness among many, how to tell if you dehydrated is when you become thirsty, to prevent becoming dehydrated, drink clear fluids regularly.

If you are a coffee drinker you have to replace a glass and a half of water over and above your normal intake as coffee  (caffeine) dehydrates us.

In order to stay hydrated, drink clean filtered water daily at least 1.5 – 2 litres a day.
