Hearty healthy Salad

I love salads and all the gorgeous textures you can add to it!

It’s a proven that we find colourful foods more appealing and more likely to want to eat something with bright colours.

Pomegranate salad:

Ingriedients:

  • Baby spinach 
  • Lettuce leaves 
  • Rosa tomatoes 
  • Feta cheese 
  • 1/4 Pomegranate seeds 

Method:

Wash and chop up the rosa tomatoes and feta, mix together.
