- 3 Tablespoons of Monate hot chocolate elixir
- 1 litre of full cream milk, almond milk can be used as a substitute for vegans.
- 2 teaspoons of agar agar powder (available at Dischem)
- 1/2 teaspoon of elachi powder
- Bring all ingredients to the boil on a medium heat, use a hand held blender to smooth the mixture, stir for 10-12 minutes.
- Pour warm mixture into moulds or use muffin pan as a mould, allow to set once cool place in the fridge.
