My journey with eating has been an interesting one, and my palette has changed from craving junk foods to more balanced options that allow me to stay fuller for longer and not leaving me feeling like I’m about to crash from a sugar high.
I tried various options from cutting refined sugar completely, to removing meat from my diet, my findings where amazing at how the body reacts to certain foods.
