Mango Smoothie Bowl

As the (Smoothie Queen) the nick name my family gave me, I would love to share new creative foodie  ideas with you.
Using fresh ingriedients to make healthy choices, breakfast just got a lot more fun!

Mango Smoothie Bowl:

  • 1 Large Mango
  • 3 Tablespoons of double cream Woolies yoghurt 
  • Teaspoon of chia seeds 
  • Teaspoon of fresh dedicated coconut 
  • Teaspoon of raw Jungle oats 
  • A small handful of walnuts or garnish
  • 2 dark chocolate mint flakes 

Method:

  • Blend yoghurt and mango in the nutribullet 
  • Add coconut, chia seeds and decorate your bowl, starting left to right.
  • Serves 2
