We often own statements others give us, we get labeled, we look for validity in others, this tends to place us in a cycle of dependency on being liked, and wanting so desperately to fit in!

- Spend quality time with yourself, doing what you enjoy.
- Accept only the best
- Do not allow others to bully you into anything.
- Make up your own mind, do not be influenced by others.
- Do not be so hard on yourself.
- Self-respect is important, this gives others an indication of how to treat you.
- Focus on attracting the best opportunity for you, don’t settle for less than you worth.
When you apply these points, you will see an improvement in your daily living.
The most powerful way to know your worth, is through Self Love, let go of Self-criticism, love yourself the way you are!
