How to Create Affirmations that work for you

Affirmation definition ~
the action or process of affirming something.

Affirmations (meaning statements said with confidence about a perceived truth) have helped thousands of people make significant changes in their lives. … An affirmation can work, because it has the ability to program your mind into believing the stated concept.

We all desire balance, good friendships, prosperity, luxurious items, And the ability to be the best version of ourselves, when we set the intention to ask for something that is for our greater good and won’t harm anyone then you know you on the right track.

Start with a minimum of 5 Affirmations, write this on a list and remember to be specific.

Below are a few examples you can begin with:

  • I experience love wherever I go.
  • I love and approve of myself.
  • I have a happy, slender body.
  • All my relationships are harmonious.
  • I deserve the best, and I accept the best, now.

It’s important to repeat your affirmations, this allows the intentions you set to become your reality.

Build on your list as and when you wish to adjust your list.
