Berry Smoothie 

Juicing and smoothies are my favourite, I was introduced to juicing by my parents 2 years ago, they would try the most interesting combinations I have ever tried!

I was lucky enough to attend a juicing workshop called just juice it by Anushka + Neshika, this inspired me to get back into focus and make these yummy drinks once again.

I certainly am going to invest in a blender and juicer, for now my braun hand held blender is doing its best.

Here’s a quick and easy recipie I made this morning:

Berry Smoothie:

  • 1 cup of frozen berries 
  • 1 cup of almond milk unsweetened 
  • 2 teaspoons of almond butter 
  • Optional add 1 teaspoon on organic honey 


  • Blend all your ingredients together and serve, try to drink it immidiately as all the nutrients are there for your nourishment, try not to let it stand.

  1. Thanks Neeeta for sharing your smoothie recipe 🙂 I love smoothies but have not made one in a while…even though I have a blender! I have a recipe of a smoothie which is so refreshing and which I have not had in a long while. It is lemon juice, mint, apple and pineapple with some fruit juice, all blended together. It is sooo refreshing….hmmm now it is making feel like making one soon 🙂
