Salad Sandwich


Good food doesn’t have to take hours to make, when I have my bread craving I make this delish sandwich, all ingredients used are from Woolworths. 

Here’s how:


  • Olive ciabatta from the in store bakery 
  • Hummus 
  • Chopped cucumber 
  • Chopped red pepper 
  • Baby spinach leaves 


  • Cut your ciabatta in the middle, spread a generous amount of hummus, add washed baby spinach leaves, cucumber and red pepper, ready to eat!
