Yoga one of the most amazing ways to strengthen your core, find a mind body connection, my husband and I have had the pleasure of attending almost 10 yoga sessions together thus far, wow what an experience most definitely not for the faint hearted.

Benefits I have personally expirenced during and after a yoga session: more relaxed breathing, calm thoughts, more focused.

What do you need to bring along for a yoga class: a mat if you own one or use the ones provided, water bottle, sweat towel.

If you reside in the centurion area Terry Wild gives a fantastic class he teaches at the virgin active on a Friday evening 5:30 for an hour of bliss.
