Protein Smoothies

It’s already almost a month into 2017, keeping up with healthy habits doesn’t have to be challenging. It’s a choice!

Sharing my blends with you:

The smoothie queen is back! It’s been an intense few weeks, here’s to a healthy balanced lifestyle! I love blending my smoothies in the nutribullet, one of my best appliances!

Below the recipe:

Protein smoothie:

  • 1 chopped banana 
  • Handful of dark chocolate nibs
  • 4 tablespoons of double cream woolies yoghurt 
  • Quarter teaspoon of cinnamon powder 
  • Dash of raw honey 
  • 1 cup of full cream milk

Blend and serve, I love adding a garnish today’s is a piece of fresh mint from my garden.
