It’s been a few years since my juice and smoothie journey began.I am a little obsessed with my Nutribullet, any machine that can blend my creations.
Smoothies are packed with protein and nutrients, they are immune boosting.
Smoothies can be made with or without dairy, there are so many great recipes out there, over the next few weeks I will be sharing some with you.
Today I made a Berry Bliss, yes I even have names for them.
Berries are packed with healing properties, high in antioxidants.
- Half a cup of double cream woolies yoghurt.
- 1 frozen banana
- 2 blocks of dark chocolate
- A small handful of blueberries
- A few tablespoons of water
Blended in the Nutribullet.
Pour into a small glass, add the following on the top:
- Few blueberries
- Pinch of chia seeds
- Pinch of cinnamon
- Half a teaspoon of peanut butter
Best served immediately, remember not to leave the smoothie standing too long.
