Sugar Free Scones

Sweetness and sweet tooth without the guilt, here’s how:

Sugar Free Scones:

  • 2 cups of self raising flour
  • 1 egg
  • 3 tablespoons of Greek yogurt 
  • 1-2 tablespoons of melted butter 
  • Mix ingriedients well, grease proof a oven tray and make the scones into small balls and flatten slightly, brush the scones with some milk and bake at 180• for 12-15 min.

Garnish: add chopped strawberries, sugar free jam or cream.
